I cannot tell you how much I love this little app on my iPhone. I really do. I use it every single day, and check it more than I check facebook. No joke.
Instagram, in case you don’t know, is a fantastic little form of micro-blogging where you can share little snippets of your life in real time through photos. Once you open the app, you will see all the photos that your friends are taking too. Think of it as your twitter feed or your facebook feed, only in photos. You can take a photo in the app, then edit it, post it to facebook, twitter, flickr, and whatever else you want, and also… the instagram feed. If you dont want to use one of the edits in the app, you can even import a photo you took elsewhere and then add it to your feed. I love shooting images with Hipstamatic, and then importing them. Either way, it rocks. Forgive me if I’m preaching to the choir but you never know right?
Right now, it is only available for iPhone users but I doubt it will stay that way forever. If you want to follow us, our user name is @bethanyanddan . You can also see our instagram images on the computer friendly site http://instagram.com/bethanyanddan

We just started taking photos at all our photo shoots including engagement sessions and weddings. If you see me with my phone out at your session, know that its not texting. I’m just making you famous. That’s all. (I use the term famous loosely here. Be advised.) Hattie makes cameos more often than she should but I can’t help it. What do you take photos of on your instagram?
Here’s two from Lyndsey and Ben’s engagement session last fall.
Most importantly of all… the app is FREE y’all. If that is not reason enough to go get it right now, I don’t know what is. Amen? Amen.
