Life Lately List: August 28, 2015

Well it’s already the end of the month of August, and I am sliding in just under the wire with our monthly life lately list! I cannot BELIEVE its already the end of August! Wedding season is in full swing and we are just trying to keep our heads above water, still pay attention to each other and our life outside of weddings, and eating right. Its a tall order but we are managing 😉

Here’s what happened in July:

We went to mid-coast on the fourth of july and photographed a wedding. Its always nice to be in that part of Maine.

Dan’s mom and one of his brothers came to visit us. We went camping in Acadia and then up to Canada for more camping. It was fun to show off our state to the family and also nice to unplug for a couple of days. I swear this place is truly one of the most magnificent places I have ever seen.

We had one Saturday off in July and went to the Farmers Market here in town. We were both wearing turquoise shoes. I love us.

The Tall ships came to Portland.

I ate a lot of Lobster.

On one drive home from a wedding in Vermont, we listened to the Beach Boys and I broke down listening to that song “God Only Knows” thinking about Dan and how much I adore him.

All in all a good month!

Hey there!

This is a photo of me in a burger bar in Stockholm Sweden. I am about to drink the best beer I have ever had. It's a pretty important photo of me. I just remember feeling filled with joy and so so glad to be alive. That's a good place to start on getting to know me.

I like to travel.

I like beer.

I like the person who was across the table from me. Any gueses who?
