The “Life Lately” List: October 12, 2012

Woah HEY… it’s October? Say what? If it’s any indication as to how crazy I feel, take note that the blog post that I should have posted on the first is happening two weeks into the month. So there’s that. The leaves are turning and we have even been toying with the heat around here. Im all for it and Dan is still holding out. The slippers are back on my feet and the coats are hanging on the hooks by the door. I have even been shopping for boots. Crazy! We are gearing up for our last few weddings of the season, which I will forever refer to as that “crazy-insane-time-of-year-where-all-we-do-is-breathe-weddings-formerly-known-as-Spring-Summer-and-Fall” season. You know that one?

Here are a few updates as to what has been happening around here:

  • We got to visit NC in September for a wedding (coming to the blog next) and a little side trip to the Outer Banks. It was good times and rejuvinating for the soul. Think driving with the windows down listening to the new Mumford and Sons album along the seaside. Good. For. The. Soul.
  • William and Jamie had their baby, which means we have a new nephew! His name is Ian Maxwell Cox and he is perfect.
  • We photographed 5 weddings in September: 2 in Maine, 1 in Rhode Island, 1 in North Carolina, and 1 in Boston. Whew!
  • I started Yoga.

How was your September?

Hey there!

This is a photo of me in a burger bar in Stockholm Sweden. I am about to drink the best beer I have ever had. It's a pretty important photo of me. I just remember feeling filled with joy and so so glad to be alive. That's a good place to start on getting to know me.

I like to travel.

I like beer.

I like the person who was across the table from me. Any guesses who?
