When the pandemic took over the world, Liz and Sam had a big wedding planned with so many people they love and cherish. Instead of canceling, they rescheduled the big wedding for 2021 and then got married this year with a small ceremony, COVID-Safe, and in the same place. While it wasn’t the original plan, it was still beautiful and chock full of joy.
First we all got ready at a nearby estate and then took an open window school bus to the family cabin for the wedding. The weather was a dream and the company was even better. Being a part of little celebrations like this always feels more intimate for us since we make up a large percentage of the people there! Everyone welcomed us as much as they could at a 6ft distance. Thankfully we will be hugging everyone in 2021 for the big wedding.
Also, I’ll be dreaming of being able to photograph in this spot again. What a gem!
